We’re looking for a professional and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team full-time.

The day-to-day responsibilities include being on our service frontline, responding to online inquiries, enrolling and engaging new members, and addressing questions about our program.

You will be responsible for responding to inbound and outbound customer inquiries. You will use research, empathy and critical thinking to help provide issue resolution. You’ll be an integral part of our team and culture, and will collaborate and help the clinical and sales teams with administrative tasks and contribute to always improving our services.

We're looking for a certified medical assistant to join our clinical team full-time. Work setting will flex between our client's offices (physician-run clinics) and your own home office.

The Position:

We're looking for an experienced team leader with experience in healthcare to join our clinical wellness coach team full-time. This position is remote from your home office. You will be responsible for providing operational and leadership for our telephonic/ virtual Remote Patient Monitoring support and Chronic Condition management department. We currently serve senior patients with chronic conditions. You will be responsible for managing a remote interdisciplinary team of medical assistants, nurses, pharmacists, and social workers; assisting your team to meet goals, deliver exceptional customer service, and work within your scope of practice to provide evidenced-based education, assessments and telephonic care navigation. You will model exceptional leadership, drive operational excellence, manage schedules, administrative functions, and work to support our overall daily people and workplace operations. You will be supported by clinical leadership for clinical escalations.

The ideal candidate:

  • Has experience leading teams of clinicians or health tech teams (RN/ MA/ customer service/Pharm/ Social workers) >2 years
  • Has experience working with growing companies with startup healthcare experience preferred
